-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 8 PA Bulletin it has issued a modified Title V Air Quality Permit for the Covanta Delaware Valley Resource Recovery Facility with changes required by an EPA petition order for the facility located in the City of Chester, Delaware County.
