DEP To Hold July 15 & 16 Hearings On Phasing Out Stage II Gasoline Vapor Recovery Systems

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 15 PA Bulletin announcing July 15 and 16 in-person hearings on proposed State Air Quality Implementation Plan changes on the decommissioning of Stage II gasoline vapor recovery systems at gasoline service stations.

The July 15 hearing will be held at the DEP Southwest Regional Office, Rooms A & B, 500 Waterfront Drive in Pittsburgh starting at 1:00 p.m.

The July 16 hearing will be held at the DEP Southeast Regional Office, 2 East Main Street in Norristown starting at 1:00 p.m.

Persons wishing to present testimony should contact Amanda Rodriguez at amarodrigu@pa.gov or (717) 787-7677 no less than 24 hours in advance of the public hearing to reserve a time.
