Comments Invited By DEP On Renewal Of Air Quality Permit For American Refining Group Facility In Bradford, McKean County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 29 PA Bulletin announcing it intends to issue a renewal of the American Refining Group Title V Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Bradford, McKean County.  (PA Bulletin, page 3676)

The facility’s primary emission sources include boilers, process heaters, a reformer, tanks, equipment leaks of VOC, gasoline loading rack, wastewater separators, degreasers, emergency fire water pumps, and emergency generators.

Comments are due by July 29.  No hearing has been scheduled on this permit, but one can be requested.
