DEP Sets Aug. 21 Hearing On Air Quality Permit For Equitrans LP Compressor Station In Union Twp., Washington County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 20 PA Bulletin of an August 21 hearing on an Air Quality permit for an Equitrans LP compressor station located in Union Township, Washington County.   (PA Bulletin, page 4162)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive in Pittsburgh starting at 10:00 a.m.

The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be August 14, 2024. If we do not receive any pre-registered speakers by this date, the hearing will be canceled.

Comments are due 30 days from this notice-- August 18.
