Call For Presentations! PA Recreation & Park Society Accepting Proposals For The 2025 Conference & Expo March 16-19 In Hershey

The Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society Conference Committee is now accepting proposals for educational sessions to be presented at the 2025 Annual Conference & Expo.  The deadline for proposals is August 30.

The Conference is scheduled to take place from March 16-19 at the Hershey Lodge.

If you have ideas for presentations that align with the Conference theme, "PRPS University: Unlocking Potential. Shaping Tomorrow," we invite you to submit your proposals to help us create an engaging and inspiring program.

PRPS is particularly interested in sessions that can be categorized under the following program paths:

-- Aquatics

-- Board, Committee, Friend Volunteers

-- Certifications (Pesticides, Aquatics, Youth Sports, etc.)

-- Crisis & Emergency Management

-- Customer Service & Public Relations

-- Diversity/Inclusion/Accessibility/Justice

-- Health & Wellness

-- Leadership/Professional Development

-- Marketing & Communications

-- Human Resources/Organization or Personnel Management/Staffing

-- Parks and Facility Resources/Management, Maintenance & Operations

-- Partnerships

-- Performing Arts/Cultural Arts

-- Programs/Events/Summer Camps

-- Therapeutic and Adaptive Recreation and Facilities

-- Trail Development/Management, Walkability

-- Urban Recreation

-- Others
