Central PA Conservancy: Sept. 9 Webinar On Becoming A Volunteer Conservation Easement Monitor

Join the Central PA Conservancy for a September 9 webinar starting at 6:00 p.m. on how you can become a volunteer conservation easement monitor.

CPC serves as the local land trust for a 6-county region-- Cumberland, Franklin, Perry, Dauphin, Juniata, and northern York County.

CPC is legally obligated to visit and document the conditions of each property we protect once per year, typically in the fall or spring.

These visits are valuable time in the great outdoors and turn up all sorts of fascinating things, these are hikes with a mission.

Anyone with a desire and ability to hike at unique new places, personal transportation and a smartphone to take photos with can participate as a volunteer monitor!
