-- The Department of Agriculture published notice in the September 7 PA Bulletin of a revised Order of Quarantine for the Box Tree Moth for Erie County.

Grants

-- The Department of Environmental Protection is now accepting applications for Coastal Zone Grants for projects in the Delaware Estuary and Lake Erie coastal zones.  The deadline for applications is October 21.  (formal notice)  Read more here.

-- Keystone-Conemaugh Generating Station Coal Ash Disposal Site: DEP invites comments on the renewal of a Residual Waste Landfill Permit for the coal ash disposal site located in West Wheatfield Twp., Indiana County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5642)

-- Girard College Power Plant: Philadelphia Air Management Services invites comments on an Air Quality Permit for the facility located at 2101 S. College Avenue in Philadelphia.   (PA Bulletin, page 5644)

-- Waste Management Of Fairless, LLC - Fairless Landfill: DEP issued an Air Quality Permit covering the proposed 63.5 acre expansion of the landfill located in Falls Twp., Bucks County.   (PA Bulletin, page 5668)
