(PA Bulletin, page 5642) -- Girard College Power Plant: Philadelphia Air Management Services invites comments on an Air Quality Permit for the facility located at 2101 S. College Avenue in Philadelphia. (PA Bulletin, page 5644) -- Waste Management Of Fairless, LLC - Fairless Landfill: DEP issued an Air Quality Permit covering the proposed 63.5 acre expansion of the landfill located in Falls Twp., Bucks County.
