DEP Sets Oct. 28 Hearing On Renewal Of Hazardous Waste Permit For Keystone Cement In Northampton County

The Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled a hearing for October 28 on the renewal of a Hazardous Waste Storage Facility Permit for the Keystone Cement Company facility in East Allen Township, Northampton County.   (PA Bulletin, page 6196)

The hearing will be held at the Nitschmann Middle School, 1002 W. Union Blvd., Bethlehem, PA from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m.

Individuals wishing to testify at the hearing submit a written notice of intent to Colleen Connolly, Community Relations Coordinator, Keystone Cement Company Public Hearing, PA DEP, 2 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701-1915, or by email to: coconnolly@pa.gov.
