Grants

-- DEP published notice in the October 5 PA Bulletin it will start accepting applications October 9 for up to $16.8 million in grants to Plug Orphan Conventional Oil and Gas Wells Abandoned By Their Owners.  Deadline: First-come, First-served.  Click Here for details.

-- DEP published notice in the October 5 PA Bulletin it will start accepting applications for County Mosquitoborne Disease Control Grants on October 15.  Deadline to apply is November 15.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 5 PA Bulletin announcing a public meeting and hearing for October 28 on the renewal of a Hazardous Waste Storage Facility Permit for the Keystone Cement Company facility in East Allen Township, Northampton County.   (PA Bulletin, page 6342
