DEP Sets Dec. 17 Hearing On Title V Air Quality Permit Renewal For The Consol Bailey Coal Prep Plant In Greene/Washington Counties

The Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled a December 17 hearing on the renewal of a Title V Air Quality Permit for the Consol Pennsylvania Coal Company LLC Bailey Coal Mine Prep Plant located in Richhill Township, Greene County, and East Finley Township, Washington County.  (PA Bulletin, page 7507)

The hearing will be held at DEP's Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m.

To register to speak at a hearing, or to inquire if a hearing will be held, please contact Thomas Joseph at 412-442-4336 or  tjoseph@pa.gov

The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be December 10, 2024. If no requests to testify are received by this date, the hearing will be canceled.
