The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 23 PA Bulletin announcing the availability of an updated Non-Regulatory Agenda cataloging the technical guidance documents the agency has in development. https://tinyurl.com/3vz6zwn3
The Agenda is published twice a year and provides information on the status of each guidance and anticipated completion dates and a contact person in the agency to give the public advanced notice of the guidance documents to enhance opportunities for public participation.
DEP also publishes a Regulatory Agenda listing the regulations in development, their current status and anticipated completion dates along with a contact person within the agency for the same purpose.
