The following notices were published in the December 7 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- Greylock Production LLC - Martinez #2 Conventional Gas Well: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with Aluminum, Barium, Boron, Iron, Lithium, Manganese, Selenium, Strontium, Vanadium, Zinc, and Chloride (production wastewater) to meet the Statewide Health Standards at the well located in Cumberland Twp., Greene County.  (PA Bulletin, page 7956)

LLC - Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP invites comments on a Chapter 105 permit impacting wetlands located in Delmar Twp., Tioga County.  Permitee will address permanent wetland impacts by purchasing mitigation credits from the approved Upper Susquehanna River Mitigation Bank Phase II within the Upper Susquehanna River Subbasin Watershed.
