DEP To Hold Jan. 28 Hearing On Title V RACT 3 Air Quality Permit For Monroe Energy LLC Trainer Refinery In Delaware County

The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a January 28 hearing on the Title V RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the Monroe Energy LLC Trainer Refinery in Trainer Borough, Delaware County. (PA Bulletin, page 8194)

The hearing will be held at the Marcus Hook Community Center (Curt Weldon Community Center), 7 W Delaware Avenue in Marcus Hook, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Persons wishing to present testimony at the public hearing should register with Ms. Stephanie Berardi, Regional Communications Manager for DEP’s Southeast Region, at sberardi@pa.gov or 484.250.5808.

Speakers must pre-register in order to testify at the hearing. Registration to testify will close at 5:00 PM on Monday, January 27, 2025.

The deadline for all public comments is February 7.
