-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - January 18 [PaEN]

-- DEP published notice in the January 18 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposal to add the Nockamixon TCE HSCA Site in Nockamixon Township, Bucks County to the Pennsylvania Priority List of Hazardous Sites under the state Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act. -- Arcadia North Land, LLC - 91.2 Acre Warehouse Project: DEP invites comments on an individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for a project impacting Hawkeye Run (High Quality) located in Coolbaugh Twp., Monroe County.  (PA Bulletin, page 525)

-- Mostoller Landfill LLC - Mostoller Landfill: DEP issued a renewal of a waste permit for the landfill located in Somerset and Brothers Valley Townships, Somerset County. (PA Bulletin, page 590)

-- Talen Energy/Montour, LLC - Borrow Areas For Ash Basin #1: DEP approved a major modification to a waste permit to allow borrow areas to provide soil for closure of the ash basin located in Derry Twp., Montour County. (PA Bulletin, page 590)

-- Jason Bartlebaugh - Bartlebaugh Storage Buildings: DEP invites comments on proposed denial of an Individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for the project located in Miles Twp., Centre County. (PA Bulletin, page 601)
