The following notices were published in the February 8 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- DEP published notice in the February 8 PA Bulletin it has scheduled a March 11 hearing on a proposed Air Quality Plan Approval permit covering new air pollution control equipment to be installed at the Harmon Creek Natural Gas Processing Plant in Smith Township, Washington County.  (PA Bulletin, pages 1328- 1329)

The permit would authorize construction and temporary operation of air contamination sources and air cleaning devices associated with the proposed DeEthanizer II and 330 MMscfd Cryo II projects at the plant.  Read more here.

-- DEP published notice in the February 8 PA Bulletin of the Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC - Gibraltar Longwall Mining Pipeline Damage Prevention Project inviting comments on a project to prevent damage to two natural gas pipelines -- 1,540 feet of a 26-inch and 1,758 feet of a 36-inch pipelines-- prior to the Tunnel Ridge Panel 27 underground longwall coal mining located in West Finley Twp., Washington County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1388)

-- EQT ARO LLC - Mallory Shale Gas Pad C: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with virgin base oil to meet the Statewide Health Standard at the pad located in Plunketts Creek Twp., Lycoming County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1375)

-- Diversified Production, LLC - Kovalic #13 Conventional Well: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater (aluminum, barium, boron chloride, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, strontium, vanadium, and zinc) to meet the Statewide Health Standard at the well located in Nicholson Borough, Fayette County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1376)
