The following notices were published in the March 1 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- DEP published notice in the March 1 PA Bulletin announcing the approval of an Air Quality Permit for the Nova Energy LLC Cryptocurrency Data Center natural gas-fired electric generators and corresponding well pad emissions at the facility located in Frenchcreek Twp., Venango County. Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- Eastern Gas Transmission & Storage, Inc.- Oil & Gas Well Site WN-1419: DEP approved a Final report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater (aluminum, barium, boron chloride, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, strontium, vanadium, zinc) to meet the Statewide Health Standards for the facility located in Wharton Twp., Fayette County.  (PA Bulletin, page 1856)
