The following notices were published in the March 8 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities. Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments. -- EQT ARO LLC - 6+ Miles Of 20-inch Water/Wastewater Pipeline: DEP invites comments on a pipeline project involving 21 stream crossings and 16 wetland crossings and impacting Zinck Fork (High Quality), Bottom Run (High Quality), Veley Fork (High Quality) and Browns Run (High Quality) located in Cummings and McHenry Townships, Lycoming County. (PA Bulletin, page.1973) -- Blackhill Energy LLC - 16-Inch Steel Gas Pipeline: DEP issued a Chapter 105 permit for a pipeline project Mill Creek, Pisgah Creek, Sugar Creek located in Springfield, Troy, West Burlington and Branville Townships, Bradford County. Received June 11, 2024, Issued Feb. 24, 2025. (PA Bulletin, page 2012) Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups -- EQT Corporation - Henderson Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater (aluminum, barium, boron chloride, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, strontium, vanadium, zinc) to meet Statewide Health Standards at the pad located in Morris Twp., Greene County. (PA Bulletin, page.2006) -- EQT Corporation - Gregor Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater (chloride, aluminum, barium, boron, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, vanadium, strontium zinc) to meet Statewide Health Standards at the pad located in Marianna Borough, Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page.2006) -- Cottera Energy, Inc. - R.Bushnell Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP approved a Final Report on the remediation of soil contaminated with oil-based mud mixed with diesel fuel to meet the Statewide Health and Background Standards at the pad located in Springville Twp., Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page.2006) 2025 Act 2 Oil & Gas Facility Pollution Cleanups So far in 2025, DEP received or acted on 24 Act 2 Land Recycling notices related to oil and gas facility site cleanups. Air Quality Permits - Comments -- Montour LLC - Natural Gas-fired Montour Power Plant: DEP invites comments on the renewal of a Title V Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Derry Twp., Montour County. (PA Bulletin, page.1965) Air Quality Permits - Issued -- Expand Operating, LLC [Chesapeake Energy] - John McMurray Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP authorized transfer of ownership of the well pad from SWN Production Company, LLC to Expand Operating LLC located in Donegal Twp., Washington County.
