-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - March 8 [PaEN]

-- DEP published notice in the March 8 PA Bulletin announcing a March 24 hearing on a revision to an Industrial Minerals (noncoal) Mining permit for the Perkiomenville Quality owned by Highway Materials LLC in Marlborough Township, Montgomery County.  The revised permit would increase the acreage by 1.3 acres in the Unami Creek Watershed (High Quality).  (PA Bulletin, page 2019)  Read more here.

Grants

-- DEP published notice in the March 8 PA Bulletin announcing it is now accepting applications for grants through the Reducing Industrial Sector Emissions In Pennsylvania - RISE PA- industrial decarbonization program.  The deadline to apply is August 29.  Read more here.

-- Susquehanna Nuclear Power Plant: DEP invites comments on the renewal of a State Only Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Salem Twp., Luzerne County. (PA Bulletin, page 1966)

-- Pixelle Specialty Paper Solutions, LLC - Spring Grove Plant: DEP issued a Title V RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Spring Grove Boro, York County.  Received Aug. 18, 2023, Issued Feb. 19, 2025. (PA Bulletin, page 2008)
