Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the March 8 PA Bulletin-- -- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - March 8 [PaEN] -- DEP published notice in the March 8 PA Bulletin announcing a March 24 hearing on a revision to an Industrial Minerals (noncoal) Mining permit for the Perkiomenville Quality owned by Highway Materials LLC in Marlborough Township, Montgomery County. The revised permit would increase the acreage by 1.3 acres in the Unami Creek Watershed (High Quality). (PA Bulletin, page 1966) -- Pixelle Specialty Paper Solutions, LLC - Spring Grove Plant: DEP issued a Title V RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Spring Grove Boro, York County.
