The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a hearing May 7 on the proposed Title V RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the Tennessee Gas Pipeline compressor Station 219 located in Jefferson Township, Mercer County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2572)

This facility is classified as a major facility for RACT purposes having the potential to emit greater than 100 tons per year of nitrogen oxide (NOx) and 50 tons per year of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions.

The hearing will be held at the DEP Northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street in Meadville from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Persons wishing to present testimony at the public hearing should register with Matthew Williams, Environmental Group Manager, at matwilliam@pa.gov or phone 814-332-6131.

Registration to testify will close at 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025.

In the event that no one registers for the hearing by April 30, 2025, the hearing will be canceled.
