-- Ridge Penn Commerce Partners I, LLC - Warehouse Project: DEP invites comments on an Individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for a proposed 157.54 acre warehouse project impacting the Yellow Breeches Creek (High Quality) and the West Branch Mount Rock Spring Creek located in Penn Twp., Cumberland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2753)

-- Liberty Soils, LLC - Biosolids Management Facility: DEP invites comments on a Waste Permit to increase maximum daily tonnage from 300 to 500 tons/day at the facility located in Reilly Twp., Schuylkill County. The application had a local public meeting March 27.   (PA Bulletin, page 2761)

-- Commonwealth Environmental Systems, LP - CES Landfill Expansion:  DEP invites comments on a Chapter 105 permit for a landfill expansion project impacting multiple wetlands in Foster, Frailey and Reilly Townships, Schuylkill County. (PA Bulletin, page 2763)

-- Babcock & Wilcox Company - B&W Koppel EAF Dust Hazardous Waste Landfill: DEP issued a renewal of a Hazardous Waste Permit for the facility located in Big Beaver and Koppel Boroughs, Beaver County. Received Nov. 22, 2022, Issued March 28, 2025.  (PA Bulletin, page 2800)
