Senate Committee to Consider Nomination of McGinty as Secretary of DEP

The Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee is scheduled to hold a public hearing on March 27 on the nomination of Kathleen McGinty as Secretary for Environmental Protection. The hearing will start at 9:30 in Room 8E-B East Wing of the Capitol. The Committee is chaired by Sen. Mary Jo White (R-Venango) and Sen. Ray Musto (D-Luzerne). |
