Comment Period Extended for Upper and Little Schuylkill River TMDL Plans

The Department of Environmental Protection published notices extending the comment periods on the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Plan for the Upper Schuylkill Watershed and the Little Schuykill Watershed.
