PA Biomass Working Group to Hold First Meeting April 16-17

The PA Biomass Working Group, a collection of businesses, universities, government agencies, foresters, economic development partners and environmental advocacy groups working to promote biomass energy production, will have its first meeting April 16-17 in St. Mary’s, Elk County, at the Red Fern. The agenda will include developing a biomass inventory, native grass planting/harvesting, biomass densification, multi-fuel residential heating and a tour of Advanced Recycling.
