The Pennsylvania Center for Environmental Education this week provided Senate and House members with its quarterly newsletter, Environmental Education Update.

PCEE reported that its website received over 3.5 million visits over the last year, 11,500 people subscribe to its monthly EE Connections newsletter and more than 450 environmental education providers were served by PCEE over the last year.

The Center noted legislation that would establish the Center in law—Senate Bill 356 (M.White-R-Venango)—passed the Senate unanimously and was reported out of the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee and now awaits action by the House Appropriations Committee.
