Final Radiological Health Regulations were published in the July 17 Pennsylvania Bulletin.

The Independent Regulatory Review Commission will meet on July 29 to consider a final Environmental Quality Board regulation to exclude extraction of coal incidental to government-financed highway construction or reclamation projects from the coal mining requirements of Chapters 86, 87 and 88.
