House Committee Reports State Energy Office Legislation

The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee reported out Special Session House Bill 36 (George-D-Clearfield) establishing a State Energy Office within the Department of Environmental Protection. Other legislation on the agenda for this week was deferred to a future time. Rep. Bud George (D-Clearfield) serves as Majority Chair and Rep. Scott Hutchinson (R-Venango) serves as Minority Chair. |
