Senate Bill 1102 (Gordner-R-Columbia), which would implement the $250 million bond issue approved by voters in the Spring for sewer and water project funding, was amended to look like House Bill 2690 (Weber-R-Montgomery) and approved by the House and returned to the Senate. Time ran out before final action could be taken to send this last piece of the Governor’s economic stimulus package to his desk.
