Here's the latest on proposed and final regulations. On June 24 the Independent Regulatory Review Commission approved the Department of Agriculture’s Final Regulation on the Application of Soil and Groundwater Contaminated with Agricultural Chemicals to Agricultural Lands (Reg # 2-116 IRRC #2267).
