* DEP Secretary: Budget Does Something Very Important- No Staff Layoffs

Department of Environmental Protection Secretary Michael Krancer underwent nearly three hours of questions about his agency's 2012-13 proposed budget from members of the House Appropriations Committee Tuesday. Most of the questions were the same as those from the Senate budget hearing.
