Come Celebrate Earth Day With Watershed Alliance Of York In Glen Rock
The public is invited to come join the Watershed Alliance of York and local citizen volunteers celebrating Earth Day in the Borough of Glen Rock and have the opportunity to help cleanup trash and floating debris along the Codorus Creek and learn what you can do to help protect our Earth. Fun for the whole family!

The Glen Rock Codorus Creek Cleanup will be held April 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., between Main and Water Streets. Cleanup volunteer registration and parking will be located on Water Street, at the bridge.

Cleanup work gloves, trash bags and light refreshments will be provided to volunteers. Volunteers are advised to dress casual, wear sturdy footgear, and dress appropriately for the weather. The Glen Rock Codorus Creek Cleanup is being sponsored by Glen Rock Borough and Glen Rock Church of Christ and is part of the 6th Annual Great American Cleanup of PA sponsored by the Commonwealth.

The Watershed Alliance of York is a coalition of stakeholders committed to encouraging watershed-based planning, restoration and protection in York County and beyond.
