General Fund Budget: House Bill 1416 (D.Evans-D-Philadelphia) providing for a General Fund Budget. The House dissolved the Senate-House Budget Conference Committee on this legislation and referred the bill into the House Rules Committee, amended the bill, and then passed the bill and was concurred in by the Senate.

Tax Code: House Bill 1531 (George-D-Clearfield) containing the Tax Code changes and revenue "enhancements" needed to balance the budget was concurred in by the House.

Fiscal Code: House Bill 1614 (Belfanti-D-Northumberland)which contains the Fiscal Code changes needed to implement the budget agreement including creating an independent Budget Office, rather than the Governor's Office, to prepare revenue estimates which drive the budget process, the leasing of State Forest land for natural gas drilling and many other changes. The Senate amended and passed the bill and the House amended and passed, the Senate concurred.
