Help Wanted: Pennsylvania Resources Council Seeks Executive Director

The Pennsylvania Resources Council, a statewide environmental non-profit organization with offices in Pittsburgh and Newtown Square, seeks Executive Director to lead the organization to the next level. 
            Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience working for non-profit or for-profit organizations, including 3 years management and/or team leadership experience.  
            Required competencies: demonstrated track record in setting organization program strategies, goals and policies; grantwriting; fundraising; budget preparation and tracking; staff management; governmental, non-profit and business relationships; strong customer focus. Variable compensation based on skills, experience and demonstrated fundraising ability.
