The following bill was sent to the Governor's desk-- Recycling Fee: House Bill 961 (Buxton-D-Dauphin) extending the $2/ton Recycling Fee through 2020 and requiring the transfer of $1.25 million annually through the FY 2012-13 to a new Used Tire Pile Remediation Program.
