Pennsylvania Recycling Markets Center Elects New Chair And Secretary

At the Pennsylvania Recycling Markets Center April board of directors meeting, Michele Nestor, president of Nestor Resources Inc., was unanimously elected board chair for the 2010-2011 term.      
            Nestor succeeds Jim Shillenn, executive director of the Industrial Modernization Center. Robert Anderson, national business development director for Casella's FCR Recycling was elected secretary.  Robert Bylone, Jr., RMC executive director, remains president of the non-profit corporation.
            “We are pleased that both Michele and Bob have agreed to serve and assist continued growth of the organization,” Bylone said . “Both have extensive working knowledge in solid waste and recycling planning, market analysis, and operations which will strategically guide RMC intelligence for effective recycling markets development.”
            With more than 25 years of experience, Nestor provides consulting, project management, and outsourcing services to public and private sector clients.  Nestor Resources Inc. develops municipal waste and recycling plans; provides waste minimization, source reduction guidance, and training; and works with private solid waste operations.
            The RMC is supported in part by grant funds from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
