Local Government Sustainability Workshop At Dickinson College June 18

Dickinson College will host a seminar entitled “Balancing Our Responsibilities” on June 18 at the Holland Union Building in Carlisle.
ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability, will identify how some local governments are interpreting sustainability and present a develop-ing framework, the STAR community Index, that will measure local sustainability through a multi -faceted set of indicators. This session will include highlights from a variety of sustainability success stories and will demonstrate the ICLEI tools and re-sources they are using to reach their sustainability goals.
