Spotlight- Clean Creek Pottery: Earth, Love And Fire From Abandoned Mine Drainage
Photo

Clean Creek Products is expanding!  We continue to be blessed with the talents of local artists who are excited to be part of CCP.  We recently added the works of a new ceramic artist to CCP-- Shelly Cubarney.

At her studio in Zelienople, Shelly enjoys creating "functional everyday objects that bring joy to people."  Each piece is hand-made and unique.  Shelly will create jewelry, vases and flower pots for CCP.
An important focus of her work is to combine the beauty of nature with art by imprinting ferns in the design of her pottery.  She believes "like nature and life, each kiln firing is a gift of new discover and delight."
We look forward to working with Shelly.  Each artist working with us has their own unique talents with a special "niche" that provides a wonderful selection of "green" artwork for our supporters.
We are happy to continue CCP's policy of donating a portion of all proceeds to support watershed groups.  CCP is proud to continue this promise as our part in helping to restore over 5,000 miles of streams impacted by abandoned mine drainage in Pennsylvania.
Please visit our Clean Creek Products website to see the beautiful pottery and glass art.
Clean Creek Products, a division of Stream Restoration Incorporated (nonprofit), has been formed to market the metals recovered in treating abandoned coal mine drainage. CCP is promoting these metals as raw materials to many industries.
Your purchase of CCP will help us help local watershed groups keep our streams clean. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to their efforts.  Thank you very much for your support!
