The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of its intent to rescind its policy for review of Part II Water Quality Management Permits for Wastewater Treatment Plants and for actions, proposals and credits registered under the Nutrient and Sediment Credit Trading Program. The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice of projects approved for consumptive water use.
Intent To Rescind: DEP ID: 362-2000-007.Policy for Conducting Technical Reviews of Water Quality Management (Part II) Permit Applications to Construct and Operate Sewerage Works, and Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Effective immediately, the Department is rescinding Technical Guidance Document 362-2000-007, relating to Part II Water Quality Management (WQM) permit reviews.
