DEP Invites Comments On Proposed Armstrong Creek TMDL In Dauphin County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice inviting comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) plan for Armstrong Creek in Dauphin County (PA Bulletin page 4045).
