Onlot Septic Approvals: House Bill 1325 (Maloney-R-Berks) amending Act 537 to provide that onlot septic systems approved by DEP meet anti-degration requirements-- summary.  [The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee is scheduled to consider this bill on May 15.]

Official Reptile: House Bill 1316 (Boback-R-Columbia) designating the Eastern Timber Rattlesnake as the official reptile of the Commonwealth.

Official Mineral: House Bill 1326 (Pickett-R-Bradford) designating celestine as the official mineral of the Commonwealth.
