Senate Sends Bill To Governor Allowing DEP’s CAC To Hire Its Own Executive Director

The Senate Wednesday voted to send House Bill 941 (Regan-R-Cumberland) to the Governor that includes a provision allowing DEP’s Citizens Advisory Council to independently hire its own Executive Director. The bill also makes the Secretary of DEP an ex officio member of the Council. A Senate Fiscal Note and summary is available. |
