PAEP Celebrates 20th Anniversary Of Pollution Prevention & Energy Efficiency Roundtable Sept. 21

The PA Association of Environmental Professionals will celebrate the 20th Anniversary Pollution Prevention and Energy Efficiency Roundtable on September 21 at the Tobyhanna Army Depot in Monroe County from 8:30 to 3:00.. The celebration includes presentations by groups who have learned from the Roundtable and applied that knowledge to implementing projects of their own. So far, presentations include-- -- Tobyhanna Army Depot on how the Roundtable has influenced their sustainability program. -- The Scranton Army Ammunition Plant on their Sustainability program -- A tour of Tobyhanna Army Depot to include mission areas with an emphasis on areas of environmental interest -- A presentation from the Eastern PA Alliance for Clean Transportation to include a display of alternatively fueled vehicles with an opportunity to drive them Meeting organizers are also expecting visits from some of the movers and shakers who have shaped the Roundtable for the past 20 years!
