DEP Issues Water Quality Certification For Equitrans Pipeline Expansion Project In Greene County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 9 PA Bulletin that it has issued the Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the Equitrans Pipeline Expansion Project in Greene County (PA Bulletin page 3485).

The project involves construction of a 30-inch natural gas pipeline in Franklin and Jefferson townships, Greene County.
