The Monroe and Pike Conservation Districts will host their 2020 NPDES Water Quality Permitting Workshop on February 25 at the Pocono Hall Gymnasium, Northampton Community College - Monroe Campus, 2411 Rte. 715 in Tannersville from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This year's keynote speaker will be from LandStudies and will discuss bringing together public and private partnerships to plan and implement functional, natural landscapes that maximize economic and environmental returns. Another featured speaker will be Paul Golrick, M.S., P.G., Soil Scientist and Professional Geologist discussing soils, testing and site constraints.
