The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 15 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a revised NPDES General Permit for Operations Of Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations(formal noticef)

The proposed revisions include--

-- Coverage Expiration Date

-- Annual Report Serving as Notice of Intent

-- Removal of Automatic Expiration Of Coverage Limit

-- Daily Water Line Inspections
