The Schuylkill River Greenways Heritage Area is now accepting applications for the 2022 Schuylkill River Restoration Fund and Land Transaction Assistance Grants.

Restoration Fund

Grants are available to non-profit organizations, watershed organizations, conservation districts and county, municipal and local governments to undertake implementation projects that will improve the quality and/or quantity of water in the Schuylkill River and its tributaries.

The deadline for applications is February 14.

Land Transaction

Land Transaction Grants are also available to assist in paying the costs for permanent land protection projects.  The deadline for applications is April 14
