PA Organization For Watersheds & Rivers Hosts Hybrid Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour Special Event In April

The PA Organization for Watersheds and Rivers will host the Wild and Scenic Film Festival On Tour as an in-person and virtual screening event.

An in-person showing will be held in the Laurel Highlands Region in Southwest Pennsylvania-- details to come-- and a virtual screening statewide on April 28.

This will be a fun and engaging evening of inspiring films on conservation, advocacy, wildlife, farming and food, and outdoor adventure.

This is a chance for watershed organizations as well as our partners and supporters to come together, engage, and celebrate our amazing yet fragile natural world and the people who are caring for it and inspiring others to do so.

We are excited that one of this year’s films features a successful restoration project on a stream right here in Pennsylvania.

Visit the Wild and Scenic Film Festival On Tour webpage for more information on the film schedule.

Sponsorships

This year we are offering those organizations and businesses who have supported our statewide conference and other events an opportunity to sponsor the Film Festival.

Non-profit Sponsorship is only $100 and comes with a complimentary ticket to the event (a $15 to $25 value).

POWR will acknowledge sponsors on all event PR, on our website, as well as during the “host clips” that are shown at the beginning of the program and at intermission.

For more information on sponsorships and other questions, contact Tali MacArthur, Program Manager for Watershed Outreach, PA Environmental Council, by calling 570-285-8013 or send email to: tmacarthur@pecpa.org.
